📝 How to Cancel Your Booking

  1. Login to your account on the website or mobile app.
  2. Go to “My Bookings”.
  3. Select the ticket you want to cancel.
  4. Click on “Cancel Ticket”.
  5. Confirm your cancellation.

⏱️ Refund Timelines

  • Refund is initiated within 24–48 hours after cancellation.
  • Amount is credited to your original payment method in 5–7 business days.
  • UPI/Wallet refunds may be quicker.

📋 Operator Cancellation Policies

Each bus operator has different cancellation terms. Common policies include:

  • 100% refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before departure.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 6–24 hours before departure.
  • No refund if cancelled within 6 hours of departure.

💳 Payment Issues

❌ Payment Failed but Amount Deducted?

If your payment failed but the amount was deducted from your bank/wallet:

  • Don't worry — the amount is usually auto-refunded within 5–7 working days.
  • If not received within that time, please contact your bank/payment provider.
  • You can also reach out to our support with payment reference number.

🔄 Refund Process for Various Methods

  • EMI / Credit Card: Refunded within 5–7 business days to the card account.
  • Wallet / UPI: Usually refunded within 1–3 days.
  • Netbanking: Takes 3–5 working days depending on the bank.

📄 Tax Invoice Info

If you booked from Uganda, you can request a tax invoice as per local compliance:

  • Send an email to billing@fancyoceans.com with your booking ID.
  • Tax invoices are shared within 3 business days.
  • Include your TIN (Tax Identification Number) if applicable.

Note: Invoice availability may depend on the operator and ticket type.

📍 Valid Routes & Operators

  • Promo codes may be valid only on select routes or operators.
  • Check the promo description to see route/operator eligibility.
  • Some promos are limited to new users or first-time bookings.

🔄 Promo Usage Limits

  • One promo code can be used per booking only.
  • Some promo codes have a usage limit per user (e.g., once per week).
  • Promo discounts are not applicable on already discounted tickets.
