Who operates the bus?
Fancy Oceans is the booking marketplace. The independent bus company named on your ticket operates the journey.
Can two people buy the same seat?
The booking engine places a temporary server-side seat hold to prevent two successful bookings for the same seat.
What happens if MTN payment stays pending?
Your ticket is not confirmed until MTN reports a successful payment. A temporary seat hold may expire if payment is not completed.
What payment method is available?
Fancy Oceans currently supports MTN Mobile Money as the customer payment method.
Can I cancel a booking?
Cancellation eligibility depends on the selected operator policy and time remaining before departure.
How will I receive my ticket?
After confirmed payment, your Fancy Oceans e-ticket is displayed and can be printed, downloaded or sent by email.
Can I book without an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is supported. Keep your booking reference and phone number to manage the booking later.
